Investigations and Litigation Law Clerk*
Phone: (585) 216-1485
Nick is a recent Cornell Law School graduate seeking admission to the New York and District of Columbia bars.
Nick’s work includes high-stakes investigations and litigation. His early projects have included both a False Claims Act appeal and an antitrust appeal—each involving some of the world’s very largest companies.
Nick has a passion for securities law. As part of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Scholars Program, Nick served as an intern in the SEC’s Division of Investment Management. In addition, Nick was a member of Cornell Law School’s Securities Law Clinic, where he provided pro bono legal services to community investor-clients, submitted comment letters on Commission proposed rulemakings, and addressed investment fraud in presentations to investors and regulators alike.
Nick joined Aurelian with a keen interest in public interest work and government service. Nick loves the City of Ithaca, where he lived during law school, and, at Aurelian, he enjoys the ability to work primarily from his home there.
