An advisor, investigator, and litigator, Brian’s successes have set significant precedents inside government and in judicial opinions.

    Trained as a litigator and white-collar lawyer at Cadwalader and WilmerHale, Laura is an exceptional investigator, adept at cutting through evidence, working with witnesses and experts, and communicating with government agencies. She has spent more than a decade handling financial fraud matters, often working with exacting forensics. Laura is also a certified information privacy professional.

    Sheila Baynes

    An elite litigator with wins at the U.S. Supreme Court and in the U.S. Courts of Appeals, Sheila graduated from NYU Law magna cum laude, clerked for the Chief Judge of the Ninth Circuit and in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel, and practiced at DOJ Honors and in Orrick’s Supreme Court and Appellate Practice Group.

    Kristy has more than two decades’ experience in litigation and crisis response. An experienced paralegal, Kristy leads Aurelian’s operations on a day-to-day basis, drawing upon a unique skillset developed in the many roles she has served in legal practice in both federal and New York State courts.

    Kaleigh has six years of dedicated white-collar investigations and litigation experience. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Kaleigh’s experience includes trial work, presentations to government enforcement agencies, and collaboration with experts and law enforcement.

    A May 2024 graduate of Cornell Law School, Nick handles high-stakes investigations and litigation at Aurelian. Nick previously interned at the SEC as part of the SEC's Scholars Program, and he was a member of the Cornell Law School Securities Law Clinic.
